In the event of an explicit request for a service or request for information by a visitor through a form of communication specified on the site, email, phone call or electronic form of third parties whose services the Merchant uses, the Merchant may collect the following information through which the person (company) can be identified, which may include three names, email address, telephone, as well as any other information that the person provides voluntarily when submitting a request to use the Merchant's services. 

The Merchant shall exercise due care and be responsible for protecting the information provided by the user, which has become known to him in connection with the requested order, in compliance with the requirements of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation) and the Personal Data Protection Act. 


RESERVATIONS 

Reservations at the Hadjidraganovite Kashti restaurant can be made directly on the website via an electronic form at: https://kashtite.com/en/rezervacii, email info ( at ) kashtite.com, at the phone number listed on the website: +359 899 917 837, via the electronic form for filling out the Google.com reservation system or on site at the restaurant.

A reservation is considered ACCEPTED and CONFIRMED only after PAYMENT of a DEPOSIT by the restaurant visitor or without payment of a deposit, after explicit confirmation in electronic format (email). In certain cases, a reservation may be accepted without payment of a deposit with verbal confirmation, by phone. In contracts concluded with individuals or legal entities, payment of consumption is possible after the date of reservation by bank transfer.


DEPOSIT or consumption made for reservations can be paid in the following ways:

- by electronic payment with a debit or credit card, following the payment link sent to the email specified by the client in the form of an electronic message; 

- on site at the restaurant “Hadjidraganovite Kashti” after agreeing on a day and time when the same should be paid in cash or by debit or credit card;

- by bank transfer, to the Merchant’s account; The amount of the DEPOSIT for each reservation is determined according to the type of reservation desired by the visitor, taking into account the day of visit, number of seats, etc., and is communicated to the visitor during the telephone conversation or by sending an e-mail.


By requesting a reservation from a visitor to the site, it is considered that the visitor has read these general terms and conditions and agrees with them. 


Online reservations for the current day are accepted until 16:30, and the client will be notified by e-mail to the e-mail address provided for confirmation or with verbal confirmation if there is no possibility of confirmation in electronic format. RESERVATION CANCELLATION CONDITIONS 

A reservation can be canceled by calling the phone number +359 899 917 837 on the website, by email or via the electronic contact form at: www.kashtite.com/en/contacts.


When canceling a confirmed reservation with a pre-prepared menu no later than 72 hours (seventy-two hours) before the date and time of the reservation, the visitor does not owe a penalty and the amount paid by him is refunded within 5 (five) working days:

- by bank transfer to an account provided by the client or 

- by refunding the amount to the client's card, if the payment was made online,

- or on site at the restaurant, if the amount was paid in cash and the client expressed a desire for this method of refund.


When canceling a confirmed reservation less than 72 (seventy-two) hours before the date of the reservation or in case of no-show on the day of the reservation, the deposit paid is not refunded. In the case of contracts concluded with companies, the conditions specified therein are considered valid when they coincide with those of the conditions here. 


In the event of cancellation of a confirmed reservation without a pre-prepared menu no later than 48 hours (forty-eight hours) before the date and time of the reservation, the visitor does not owe a penalty and the amount paid by him is refunded within 5 (five) working days:

- by bank transfer to an account provided by the client or 

- by refunding the amount to the client's card, if the payment was made online, 

- or on site at the restaurant, if the amount was paid in cash and the client expressed a desire for this method of refund.


In the event of cancellation of a confirmed reservation less than 48 (forty-eight hours) hours before the date of the reservation or in the event of no-show on the day of the reservation, the deposit paid is not refunded.


In the event of a reservation made for which no deposit has been taken, the reserved seats are kept for 15 (fifteen) minutes, after which they are released, unless the client has called by phone +359899917837 to warn of a delay and has received verbal confirmation that his seats are being held. When arriving at a later time, the client is accommodated, if there is an opportunity to do so, and in the absence of such an opportunity, the Merchant is not responsible for any loss of benefits or damages of any nature on the part of the client.


In certain cases described in these terms and conditions, which are in his favor, the Merchant reserves the right to consider exceptions to the cancellation of a reservation at its own discretion. 


DEPOSIT DEDUCTIONS 

The amount paid for each reservation in the form of a deposit is deducted from the total bill paid at the Hadjidraganovite Kashti restaurant for the respective reservation.
